Up to 30 minutes to tell me about yourself, your work, and what you’d like to be easier.

I’ll listen, ask questions, and determine whether Good Order is a good fit for the help you need. You don’t need a polished brief or a diagnosis of the problem.

We’ll agree on a useful next step. If that’s discovery, we’ll identify the area of your work to explore and a few examples to bring.

A closer look at how your work happens, what’s getting in the way, and what would help.

We’ll spend up to 90 minutes together discussing the area we identified during our introduction and reviewing real examples: your documents, spreadsheets, tools, or whatever helps us understand the work. Afterward, I’ll evaluate what we’ve covered and follow up with clarifying questions as needed.

You’ll receive a concise written assessment explaining what I learned, what’s working well, where improvements may help, and my recommended next steps. I’ll identify any important questions that remain unanswered and explain how they affect my recommendations.

Those next steps will depend on what we learn. If a project with Good Order is appropriate, I can provide a proposal defining the work, deliverables, timing, and fee. Any additional paid work will be described, priced, and agreed to before it begins.

The assessment and recommendations are yours to keep and use. You don’t need to purchase further work to receive them.

If you choose to move forward with my proposal, I’ll carry out the project we’ve agreed on.

The proposal will define what we’re working toward, what I’ll deliver, the timing, and the project fee. That fee includes the further information gathering, detailed design, and hands-on work needed to deliver the agreed result.

When the work is finished, you’ll understand what we’ve built, how to use it, and how to keep it running.
